The Belfast Harbour site, also known as the Bombardier site due to its proximity to this business, is being delivered by a joint venture known as [[Full Circle Generation]] (including [[River Ridge Energy Ltd]], [[Green Investment Bank]], [[Equitix]], and [[P3P Partners]]).
