A [[Household Waste Recycling Centre]] ([[HWRC]]) is also known as a [[Civic Amenity Site]] ([[CA Site]]), [[Household Recycling Centre]] ([[HRC]]), [[Community Recycling Centre]] ([[CRC Site]]) and commonly as ‘the local tip’ these are facilities provided by the [[Waste Disposal Authority]] at which local residents may deposit items of [[Household Waste]] that are not normally collected by the [[Waste Collection Authority]] e.g. [[Bulky Waste]] items such as beds, cookers and [[Garden Waste]]. In some occasional and rare instances HWRCs are managed by the [[Waste Collection Authority]]. |

A Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) is also known as a Civic Amenity Site (CA Site), Household Recycling Centre (HRC), Community Recycling Centre (CRC Site) and commonly as ‘the local tip’ these are facilities provided by the Waste Disposal Authority at which local residents may deposit items of Household Waste that are not normally collected by the Waste Collection Authority e.g. Bulky Waste items such as beds, cookers and Garden Waste. In some occasional and rare instances HWRCs are managed by the Waste Collection Authority.
