Cornwall has permitted operational capacity of 249,000 tonnes per annum, operated and owned by [[Cornwall Energy Recovery Ltd]], owned by [[Pensions Infrastructure Platform]], [[i-Environment Investments]] and [[Suez]] with the latter operating the facility.
