The North Wales Residual Waste Treatment Project (NWRWTP) is a partnership of five authorities[1]:
- Flintshire County Council
- Isle of Anglesey County Council
- Gwynedd County Council
- Conwy County Borough Council
- Denbighshire County Council
The Welsh Government and the Partnership initiated the procurement to achieve long-term targets for recycling and diversion of waste from landfill[1].
