The Rankings have been determined for the most part on a High to Low basis, High being first place, and Low being last place. The exception is where the ranking relates to Residual Waste, then the Ranking is on a Low to High basis, ie the Authority with the Lowest amount of residual is ranked first, and the highest amount ranked last. | |||
