Thalia Waste Management was created as a re-brand of the AmeyCespa business - the treatment business left after the parent company Ferrovial sold the Amey Group.
History
Ferrovial sold the waste collection business to Urbasser in 2021[1], which in turn was acquired by FCC in December 2023[2]. The Amey Group was sold in 2022 with the waste treatment business retained and branded Thalia Waste Management[3]
