The Parc Adfer Energy from Waste facility was developed by and is operated by [[Wheelabrator]], located at the Deeside Industrial Park in Flintshire, North Wales. The facility accepts 200,000 tonnes per year of residual waste as a feedstock from household, business and commercial sources, and produces both electricity and heat through a combustion system as a [[CHP]] plant.
