Duty of Care

Waste Duty of Care is governmental legislation provides guidance for the safe management of waste to protect human health and the environment. This Code applies to those who import, produce, carry, keep, treat, dispose of or, as a dealer or broker have control of, certain waste in England or Wales [1].
