The organic/Green Waste/Garden Waste collection currently offered by Herefordshire Council is for the collection of garden waste sacks which can be purchased by the roll [8]. Biffa operate their 'Garden Waste Club' in this region which is a commercial collection service for Garden Waste/Green Waste in 240L brown bins[9].
