Non-Hazardous Waste is waste that is neither Hazardous Waste nor Inert Waste.

Generally speaking, no testing (compositional testing or WAC testing) of Non-Hazardous Waste needs to be carried out prior to disposal in a Landfill for Non-Hazardous Waste.
