AmeyCespa was one of the larger waste and recycling companies in the UK, but now solely manages a treatment business that has been re-branded Thalia Waste Management.
History
Ferrovial sold the waste collection business to Urbasser in 2021[1], which in turn was acquired by FCC in December 2023[2]. The Amey Group was sold in 2022 with the waste treatment business retained and branded Thalia Waste Management[3]
