Thalia Waste Management was created as a re-brand of the AmeyCespa business - the treatment business left after the parent company Ferrovial sold the Amey Group.

History

Ferrovial sold the waste collection business to Urbaser in 2021^[1], which in turn was acquired by FCC in December 2023^[2]. The Amey Group was sold in 2022 with the waste treatment business retained and branded Thalia Waste Management^[3]
