Beauparc has rapidly grown in the UK waste market since 2016 through acquisition, retaining the brands of the acquired businesses, with a focus on waste treatment and recycling to produce Waste Derived Fuel. They now employ over 3,000 people across their Irish and UK businesses[1].

History

Beauparc was founded in 1990 in Ireland and expanded into the UK through the acquisition of New Earth Solutions in 2016 out of administration. They then acquired WSR Recycling in 2017 followed by Scotwaste and Associated Waste Management in 2018. Their most recent acquisitions were Mid UK Recycling in June 2019 from the administrator and LSS Waste Management in September 2020.[1].

Beauparc also announced their intention to be the sole Waste Derived Fuel supplier to the Skelton Grange EfW Plant in mid 2019 - a Residual Waste EFW facility currently in development[2].

In June 2021 it was announced that Beauparc was acquired by Macquarie Asset Management, via Macquarie Infrastrucuture Fund 6, from the founder Eamon Waters and minority shareholder Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund[3].

In April 2022 it was announced that Beauparc had acquired B&M Waste[4][5] and in September 2022 it acquired Tyrone Energy[6].

In March 2023 it was announced that Beauparc had acquired Peak Waste Recycling,becoming the 10 business within Beauparc's UK portfolio [7].

In March 2024 it was announced that Beauparc had acquired Fletchers Waste Management for an undisclosed figure[8].
