History
- Enva was born out of the acquisition by Exponent Private Equity and others of the Environment Division of DCC Plc in June 2017[3].
- In 2018 the business acquired Hadfield (a wood recycling business) in England[3] and GP Green Recycling in Scotland[4]
- Further acquisitions occurred in 2018 and 2019 focused in hazardous and special waste businesses, and SRA Recycling (a battery recycling business) in 2020[5]
- In 2023 Shore Recycling, Envirocom and WEEE Solutions were acquired[6] which developed a strong prescence in the WEEE market
