Wilton 10
Wilton 10 is designed to process up 212,500 tonnes a year of vigin wood and waste wood, with a maximum permitted capacity for waste wood of 85,000 tonnes a year, to generate 30MWe and 10MWth of energy for use in the grid and the adjacent Sembcorp site.
The facility is located at the Sembcorp site in Wilton, Cleveland, as an ancillary operation to their 197MW Wilton Power Station.

Plant Description
Built under an EPC contract with Foster Wheeler for a reported $55m (excluding the turbine and power island supplied by Siemens), the standard combustion approach uses a single lin Fluidised Bed technology[1][3][4].
History
The Wilton 10 facility was developed by Sembcorp Energy UK and was operational in the autumn of 2007 and at the time was the first large scale biomass power station to be built[1].
The waste wood is exclusively supplied by Enva (previoulsy UK Waste Wood Recycling, owned by Hadfield, and acquired by Enva in 2018[2]).
